How we hire

Our hiring process helps us find people who make us one of the most innovative employee benefits companies in Canada. Our process is thorough, engaging and ethical.

Apply

We review all applicant resumes, cover letters, and screening questions.

Shortlisted applicants are contacted for a telephone interview, where we learn more about you and confirm vital information for the role.

Interview

Top candidates are selected for a first interview with the hiring manager and human resources team.

Shortlisted candidates meet with the hiring manager and some team members! Focused on job-specific questions, and may include a small segment for skill-testing or a case study assessment.

Decide

Professional references are sometimes required. 2/3 of your references should be direct managers or supervisors.

If your references rate you 5 stars (and you accept our written offer of employment), we welcome you into the DMI family with a customized onboarding experience :)
