As an independent service provider, DMI has an obligation to ensure the protection of personal information, and as such, the collection, use, storage and access is strictly controlled.

The procurement of medical information is subject to the consent of the individual and any requirements for DMI to share such information is disclosed to the individual as part of the consent process. No personal information will be shared with any other party without specific consent of the Individual.

DMI collects and maintains only that information required for providing proper and efficient service to our clients.

The release of pertinent medical information to DMI is strictly voluntary and no information is requested without the individual's consent.
